Respected sir/madam, I have a sensor problem in my LCD which haven’t be solved from past 2 month. First i have register a complaint 2 month back to customer care which took them approx 25 days to solve it but the problem again appear within 10 days again, now i have submitted a new complaint on 3rd Jan but still they haven’t solved it (approx 16 days). i have called them more than 15 times and they say every time that it will b solved within 24 to 48 hrs but it haven’t be solved.i don’t want to take any name, i am fad-up now. i have bought this TV ,9 months back it is under warranty. i just want my complaint to be solved or just replace my product. Hopefully my problem will be solved this time. Providing my detail, Serial no of my product:- 110912780105003703 Customer ID no:- 90930895 Complaint no:- 196584988(old) 203309325(new) THEY HARDLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER OR ELSE MY PROBLEM HAVE BEEN SOLVED.
