Yepme.com – amount successfully debited my a/c not send the product

I have ordered shoes on “yepme” on 14th december 2013 by netbanking worth rupees 424.My order no. is 4486459 It was informed by “yepme” that we have not received the amount,and the amount is with the “gateway” they are using.They told me to send my bank statement,i have send them my bank statement 3 times. I have cross checked with my bank also,they informed me that rupees 424 is successfully debited to merchant a/c. I have called “yepme” many times,all the times they are telling we will solve within 48 hours. Now is almost 1 month 4 days from the day of my payment.Now they are not answering properly,and yesterday one of there representative named “ankur” cut my call when i was telling him to transfer my call to there supervisor. please help me out of this.

Refund of my amount 424 rupees.
