I have booked this flat from LEADING group DISHA DIRECT name as BAY WOODS (ALIBAG) yet it is just 8 month old. G-WING, comletely covered with cracks all around the building, this was the condition before possession of the building. In my living room all four column got cracked as well as while tapping we can here air gap sound between column and plaster also many cracks appeared in ceiling. IN MY FLAT ANY ONE CAN SEE CRACKS IN WALLS, COLUMNS, BEAMS & CEILING.

Replaster G-Wing as well as FLAT G-102 OR provide another FLAT of same size OR resale this flat after repairing and book another falt for me.
