I had placed an order for Akash Tablet-2, which has a camera, calling system as well as wi-fi.During placing the order the company had verbally taken the order and had said yes foe all the things present. I received a product with out camera and Wi-fi. I called the Co. many a times & at last had to warn them of consumer court. so the said me to sent the product back for replacement on my own money & the courrier is received by the co. n still no one is attending my calls. every time I have to call a STD no & connect for minutes but no response. Pl. Do help me get a replacement or my money back.
