The router bought by me on amazon.in by Veekay Computers was not something I had ordered. It was also faulty. The post does not mention anything stating as to what kind of a product it is. The product is mentioned under the category of modems and router. Within 2 days of relieving the product I informed them that would not want the product but the merchant has disagreed to refund the money. I’ve also filed a complain with amazon but they have disagreed to refund the money, not understanding the issue. I come here to this forum seeking help and justice getting my hard earned money back. I was cheated to buy the product and misinformed about what it was If more details are required or documentation then please feel free to contact Kindly help
