Hi, I a writing to you because of pathetic service I have been receiving from Airtel over the past week. I was having network issues at my house with both voice and 3g, I was not able to accept calls and use 3G because of the signal issues, which was affecting my work. I had registered a complaint with Airtel on 13th Jan 2014 Reference No : 54635683, the issue was closed without any action or without confirming whether the issue was fixed from the customer end. I had called back on 17th Jan to know the status, I was told that the issue was closed. Since the issue was not fixed from my end, I had requested an escalation on the issue (Reference No : F1430310418). Even after 8 days of registering the complaint nothing has been done. I called back to the customer care regarding the same (Reference No: 1432543312) the call was redirected to Mr. Prateek after speaking to the representative Amit Singh. Mr. Prateek was no where interested in resolving the issue but also was rude. I had escalated the issue to Airtel Nodal office regarding the issue, where I was reverted that a new Cell Site would be deployed in the next 3months which would improve the signal strength. I do not think this is a satisfactory response to the issue I am facing. I have been staying at my residence for the past 1.5 years and since the last one year I have been using Airtel and all of a sudden just because a new cell site is scheduled to be deployed in the area I dont know how the singal strength will drop. Since I am having low signal strength I am unable to make calls and access internet using 3g which is impacting the way I work and work related calls. Thanks, Sanal Kumar

I would like to get the issue fixed as soon as possible and would like to claim penalty for the impact on my work. Because I had to face issues from the client on the lack of connectivity from my end. Since the network strength have not been provided by Airtel, my work has impacted a lot. So I would like to claim penalty for impacting my work and mental torture that I had to endure during the period.
