I ordered new cellphone from NAAPTOL online shopping,I ordered Brand new NOKIA 1280 cellphone,but they me used cellphone with damaged battery,used boxes(box was used and tare several times)

I will escalate this to consumer court,i have all things which they gave.

i want a new cellphone instead of this old one.
