I am a reliance netconnect+ customer, for those customers they are providing an offer, ie for just 499/- 12 months mcafee subscription/renewal they are providing, i have the sufficient amount of balance to have that offer, but when i try to buy that subscription their websites are not allowing me to get that offer.

Please help me for availing that offer and i an should be to change the default password that has been set by default. I have lost lot of money earlier regarding this, but i am not bothered of that. Please help me regarding this complaint, because the reliance people are not apathetic towards my concern.
