Tata indicom – wrong plan activated and no response by company

am a new user of connect broadband service. My number is 0172-5036828. last month on 14th of dec this number has been started.I had requested the Plan 349 as discussed with the Connect sales person Manoj ( Mob-9888929456) however on 14th of Dec when plan was started it was 599 pm plan. Due to outstation person I just use the internet on weekends so it is of no use for me. I raised two complaints through 1920 number one is on 15th of Dec (9086914) & second on 22nd of Dec. I have not received any reply even the TAT to resolve such complaints is 24 hours. Now I have received a bill of 526 rupees for 15 days. Please take a action against the faulty staff & correct the billing otherwise I would not be able to use this service anymore
