Vodafone – Fraud offers, lack of information, connection barred

I am a prepaid customer of vodafone for last 3 years.In October I received a call from Vodafone customer care regarding a postpaid offer in which I was offered 600 mins in 199 rental plan. I also deposited Rs. 800 security as I am a student and also gave a local reference but when my postpaid connection was activated I received only 400 mins and also the number got registered with a different name. When I approached the customer care they started saying we don’t have any information. The Vodafone store from were i bought the sim is also fooling me. They stopped receiving my calls and now they have barred my outgoing calls even I paid Rs. 500 out of Rs. 800 bill for December and also my security deposit is with them.I also dropped 4 complaint mails but didn’t received any assistance. my vodafone number : 7799618xxx

I want the maximum relief which I can get as this is a case of fraud , false information, negligence.
