i have not been able to use gprs services properly. though i have complained several times in last 2 months but i have not got the resolution to my complaints. every time i have been told that it is network issue because of inundation. but then since 2 months i have not been able to use internet and i have suffered a lot because of that.
resolution to my issue with gprs ASAP. and apologies from reliance mobile and extension of gprs balance validity for 2 months.
