Dear Sir,I have purchased a Micromax A57 model mobile from The Mobile Store, Cuttack on 03.02.2014. Due to some problem in handset I have deposited it at M/s Smart service,Cuttack on 01.11.2013 under warranty.They told me that it will take 30-45 days for repair. After 45 days when I inquiry about the same they are not given me proper answer.I have mail to there head office,Area service in charge & zonal head but they are also given me wrong information(mails attached herewith).Till date I am not getting my hand set & also they are avoiding my calls.
I want either my handset or same/higher feature phone as well as compensation of Rs-5000/- for delay service,given wrong information & mentally harassing.
