Vodafone – Wrong Billing network issue which the customers will not be aware

I had activated my roaming plan to my number +91 8095069608, which is as postpaid number on 23rd Dec 2013 . I had been out of Karnataka for 3 weeks, i.e, from 21st Dec 2013 to 5th Jan 2014. I had my net plan activated too during the period. I was told that there will no roaming charges applied as I had roaming plan ROAM PROMO (IC FREE) 75 service activated. But when i received my bill, I see 4,675 as my roaming charges applied. Also in the bill I see that the network was swapped with IDEA even though I had selected Vodafone network in my mobile. When raised the issue to Vodafone Customer Care I was initially told that the charges on the roaming will be reduced based on the plan activated. But that was not done. Later when raised it again to the Customer Care I was given an false promise of looking after the issue. But the issue was not solved. I also wrote to them via email and they once replied saying that they will look after that and will reply back. But again it was an false assurance. I called them again and they disagreed to help me as they think that its not their fault, wherein its the network issue which the customers will not be aware of.

I want my bill to be revised based on the roaming plan activated and also request the network to correct the issue of the network swap that happens.
