I am Arun Karthik, my mobile number is 8960485956. I want to port from DOCOMO to BSNL. I have generated UPC and gave application to BSNL (IIT Kanpur branch) on 15-Jan-2014. I got a messge from BSNL on 17-Jan-2014 saying that the new BSNL sim for my number is ready and I can activate it by dialing 1507. But when I went to BSNL office to get my new SIM, they said that BSNL number can be activated only after DOCOMO number is deactivated. But DOCOMO customer care says that they have not got any request to deactivate number. But BSNL says that they can activate only after DOCOMO deactivates.

I want my number ported from DOCOMO to BSNL.
