I ordered a product after a mail conversation with seller. My query: Is this original apple product? what about warranty? Shopclues have 10 day hazzle free return option. But the customer service rep are not accepting the return and sending me same standard messages again and again without even checking the product. Tried to contact them over phone : Call will not connected easily. If connected, the disturbance in the call will make you hang the phone
