This company seems to be suspicious and a total scam. They have not provided any contact phone number on their web site. I did an online recharge of Rs 1000 from their site for my BSNL mobile number. The transaction happened successfully, Rs 1000 was deducted from my debit card but no recharge happened. The only way to reach them is through this “Contact Us” form at the following url https://www.justrechargeit.com/Contactus.aspx I made many complaints to them but they kept on saying that the transaction is successful and I should contact BSNL for any grievance. Why should I contact BSNL when I have paid this company for a service? Its their responsibility to provide me the deemed service. I also requested them to give me any contact number so I could speak with them over the phone to discuss my grievance. However, they started to ignore my request for a telephonic talk. I suspect that this company is unethical and is probably a scam. Please look into this urgently. Thanks. Samar

They took Rs 1000 from me via an online transaction and I have received no service (mobile recharge) promised by them in return.
