This Complain is on behalf of my Father Md Badiuzzaman – I come across the below issue and registed complain for the same 18th August. However no proper resolution and am not getting any progress update even after numerous mail (see mail trail).I would like your intervention to get this issue resolved ASAP Complain Details:- I am saving account holder at Punjab National Bank R.K.College, Madhubani,Bihar Pin-847211 Branch. My Account No is # 2515010400000848 I would like to report the following issue that I faced on 18th August 2013:- ? I tried to withdraw cash using my PNB debit card mapped to above account from UCO Bank ATM center (ATM Code#DA229801),Patna ,RajaBazar BR(2298),RajaBazar,Baily Road Patna-800014 But I was not able to withdraw any money from ATM however amount has been debited from my account. ? I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 5000 INR twice and in both transaction I did not get any cash drawn from ATM machine however I got an SMS on my registered mobile +91-9470066913 that an amount of Rs. 10000 INR has been debited from my from my account ? I don’t see any update of these two transactions in my account that I tried to do but did not get any cash from ATM, however I can see an amount of Rs. 10000 INR debited from my account at 11:00:17 hr on 18th August 2013 that I never did. ? I have raised complain (Complain No#60210133 & 60253091) with PNB customer care for the resolution of this issue but no satisfactory solution so far and every time I am getting same response from the bank that my claim has been rejected by UCO bank without providing detailed report i.e video footage, detail of cash domination, and currency details etc to support the claim rejection. ? I have also raised complain (Complain No# 60282380) with PNB customer care and written complain through my home branch Punjab National Bank R.K.College, Madhubani,Bihar Pin-847211 to validate the my claim through video footage of ATM and provide me proof transition but still no proper resolution of the issue. Request you to do complete investigation and speedy resolution of issue.After numerous follow up and mail trail I am not getting any response from Punjab National Bank side.Pleasehelp us to get this issue resolved ASAP.
