Reliance Tele – internet kept dropping out every time poor response

My Subscriber ID is – 330109486631. I’ve taken a broadband combo connection 27th Sept 2013 and got the wireline on 1st Oct 2013, after following up with the sales people like dozens of times. My internet kept dropping out every time there was a power cut in the area, when I called the executive who collected my documents, he just said there is no backup which he never mentioned when we sold me hte connection or collected the documents or the installation charges, and when I confronted him of not informing of the same before buying the connection, the persons respond was “in a We don’t care style saying, we don’t inform the problem and the customer should enquire before”. I keep facing very frequent and continuous disconnection of the internet when ever there is a power cut in my area or even in the adjacent areas. Since then I’ve raised many complaints (below) about the power backup issue and kept exclaiming it and get no response, all I get to hear is that they are aware of the issue and have escalated it to the concerned team, but no proper resolution. I got to know from some local resources that the problem is persistence over the last 2 – 3 years, and yet no action has been taken, and still Reliance Broadband sells the new connections without mentioning/informing about the problems. 2013 03 Oct – 209873189 08 Nov – 211751110 13 Dec – 212530097 24 Dec – 214016920 2014 21 Jan – 215461538 28 Jan – 215785723 Since the last week I’m having frequent disconnection and I raised a complaint on 21st Jan, and kept facing the issue ever since almost twice a day, today I again called up the Escalation team, and was informed that the complaint I raised on 21th Jan was closed on 24th Jan. When I asked the executive, how can they close a compliant without checking with the customer who is using it, I got no response. This is cheating customers. I registered another complain today again on 28th. Though know of the complaint, no backup is provided for service.

Frequent Disconnection of the internet, I work from home mostly, and the internet keeps disconnecting unexpectedly and very frequesntly, and I lose al the work in between. There is atleast 1 to 2 hours of power cut in my area and same in the adjacent areas, making it atleast 2 to 3 hours of unavailbe internt service daily, and Relaince doesn’t care to respond on that unavailability or, atleast bother to make a backup for resolving the problem. I have to make calls to the technicians, customer care, escalation team every now and then and stay on long holds only to get an irresponsible and not a problem solving answer. Its causing a lot of mental tension and physical strain. Despite the service provided at an advance payment monthly, Reliacne doesn’t really care or have concern about the kind of problem and situation they are putting the customer in. When asked for a process failure, which they agree all I hear is silence from the team increasing the frustration and stress levels.
