My Internet Postpaid plan had 500MB Internet Free. My Internet Service was blocked at 520 MB and they told me to pay Rs. 2800 for using those 20 MB extra internet used. I have not used their Internet after it. Now after 15 days, I have got their bill saying I have used 1.2 GB of Internet and my total bill is now Rs.3800

I have paid all the bills regular which was always in the range of Rs.350. They have my recorded calls where even their Customer Service Representative is showing lack of knowledge. Even their DATA USAGE reply notified me that I have used around 520 MB. Also, in my Mobile, the reading is around 520 MB. Still, they are asking for such a huge amount.

I dont to burdened with the Incorrect and Huge bill amount which they are charging for no reasons
