Motorola – non retrieval phone and no response from company

1) I bought a mobile phone Motorola fire XT 311 IMEI 358548040982445 on 06/02/2012 Invoice no 11044 from Sahni Communication,GF 29,Jyoti shikhar Tower ,janakpuri,New Delhi in Rs8200/-. 2) The product came with standard one year manufacturer’s warranty. 3) In September 2012 keypad and touch screen of the device stopped to work. Due to the problem I was not able to perform the basic functions of mobile phone. 4) I handed over the mobile phone on 26/09/2012 to the authorized service center of Motorola in Janakpuri district center. named ”Khurana Brothers UG 7D,Jaina Tower-1 near Satyam,Janakpuri district center” 5) I called Motorola helpline number to inform the incident and they assured me that they will arrange back the repaired handset to me soon. After waiting some days I again called the helpline and again they said that they are working on my issue and soon it will be resolved. When no solution provided by them even again and again calling I submitted my complaint on Motorola online customer support page (https://motorola-mobility-en-in. custhelp.com/app/home (from February 2013 to today) ,I submitted the complaint again and again there by filling the form given there and by chatting (as given a chat option) there but got no solution.

replacement of the product with the latest mobile handset of Motorola along with suitable compensation for the mental harassment from last one and a half year.
