Hello, My complaint is regarding Apple earods which I bought from ebay (Seller on ebay was loveinsingla from Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.). First of all this seller named loveinsingla is selling fake product in the name of Apple earpods on ebay. When I found it was fake I created request along with feedback so that they take their product back and refund my money . But as this seller received my feedback , he called me and said ” Please remove your feedback from portal and say that I have resolved your issue, I assure you I will pay your money back, you just send that product back to me through courier, as soon as product comes in my hand I will refund your money ( 750(product cost) + 350 (courier charges through Blue Dart) = 1100)”. As per his assurance I followed and shipped the product back to him in January 2014 through blue dart which did cost me 350 INR. But after receiving product he never refunded my money till feb 2014, I called him many times as reminder, and then he asked me for my account details to transfer money online, and I did so in Feb 3rd week. But till this date he has not refunded my money, now even he is not picking my call and even disconnecting. Friday I warned him in message saying if he doesn’t refund my money I would lodge complaint in consumer forum, but despite he is not bothered, no response. This is a kind request to you to help me here. Not only to just get my money back, but to teach him the lesson of “How to deal with customor?”, and also lesson on selling fake products and deceiving customers.
