HDFC Life Insurance – Non-receipt of Policy Document no response by help desk

I have applied for a term policy on 24.12.2013 and the requisite premium was debited to my account on the same day. HDFC had asked for undergoing medical tests twice and this was attended by me at their designated diagnostic center. Since then I did not get any communication from them regarding the policy. After waiting for almost two months from the date of application, I wrote them an email on 17.02.2014 to refund my amount. Then they came up with an email that they have changed the terms of my policy. But before I had written to them, they did not send any communication to me. In spite of following up with them since 22nd Feb 2014, they have not provided me the copy of revised proposal. They have not replied to my emails dated 22nd, 26th Feb and 1st March nor they have refunded my money. I have spoken to Ms.Soumi Goswami but she also did not give me any relief.

I want my money back with interest for the period.
