I have IFB 6Kg Digital Model washing machine in AMC- filed a complaint on 9.2.2014. From then they have been servicing but still machine not running. Also in between service man attended and cheated by taking a signature too that the machine is running. But it did not run complete cycle. No response from Customer care. The service center cut my phone calls. Don’t know how to pull them for servicing the machine.

This is a massive problem with most consumer durables company and the Government doesn’t have appropriate laws to protect the consumer.
