I had made the following transfer from my sbi debit card for booking a ticket from Pune to Howrah in IRCTC. Date -24-Mar-2014 (24-Mar-2014) Transaction details – POS PRCH POS 032436132292 www.irctc.co.in DELHI amount – 2,397.47 However the IRCTC site was logged out during the transaction but the transaction was complete and the amount was deducted from my account. I havent yet received any refund of the money. IRCTC say that they cant refund the money because they didnt receive any money and there is no positive response from SBI.
