I have renewed my car insurance policy with Tata AIG a month before the old policy expired. I availed the NCB as there was no claim till the date of renewal. But after the renewal I got the windscreen of my car broken and had to take a claim from the running old policy. As soon as the aig policy came into force they sent me a letter mentioning that I have misprepresented the facts during the purchase of the policy and that the benefits of the insurance policy have been taken back.
