A cheque and house documents were sent to my real estate agent in Bombay from DTDC dlf phase 1 gurgaon in sealed enveloped. The same was received by agent in bad condition with cheque and documents torn. On inquiring with the vendor, the complaint was escalated but no reply was received till date. The Consignment No is Z17317445.

If this is the fate of service in the courier industry, then very soon you will die. Don’t think your worst service can last forever taking consumer for a ride as someone else will come undercut you and bleed you to loss and eventually bankruptcy. Treat customer as king now or die!!
