I’m Abhishek tyagi, baught my xolo A500s phone on oct 2013. I had a problem with battery drain very quickly so dropped to xolo Hyderabad service centre on 11 mar 2014. I haven’t get my phone back from then. They have a different story everytime and there is no update as of now. The customer service people are escalating the issue but of no use. Planning to go to consumer forum as I want my money back or a new handset otherwise face the pain.
