Kindly refer to our discussions on various occasions wherein it was clearly stated by you that in case of transfer of vehicle to some other person “DRIVE ASSURE PORTION” of the policy will not be transfered to new owner and amount on this account shall be refunded to me. Based on your confirmation only i agreed for transfer of policy in the name of new owner.
Now contrary to your commitment Sh Akash is informing me that refund will not be given to me which is very much unlawful and breech of trust.
I request you that as per your commitment , kindly take up suitably with concerned authorities for refund of this amount immediately to me withtout any further delay. Alternatively cancell this policy and refund the total amount to me and isue a new poilcy(OWN DAMAGE ONLY For which premium is around 140000/- only) for remaining period in the name of new buyer for which amount shall be paid by me and balance amount i.e 21806-14000= 7806 may please be refunded to me immediately..
Kindly take immediate corrective action for refund of above amount to me, approx. Rs. 8000/- and inform me by return mail to avoid initiation of legal action at my end .

Kindly refer to our discusssions, drive assure policy document and my trailing mail wherein it is clearly mentioned that drive assure portion of policy is not transferable incase of sale of vehicle to some other person. Only own damage portion will be transfered and amount charged on account of drive assure will be refunded to me. But to my surprise cotrary to our discussions, policy wordings and my reqest vide trailing mail, whole policy has been transfered in the name of buyer which is very much unlawful.
In view of above i request you to kindly arrange for issue of revised policy in the name of buyer (Only own damage portion) and arrange refund of amount to me on account of “DRIVE ASSURE PORTION”
An immediate actin is requested. Kindly inform me by return mail the action taken by you.
