Kindly refer to our discussions on various occasions wherein it was clearly stated by you that in case of transfer of vehicle to some other person “DRIVE ASSURE PORTION” of the policy will not be transfered to new owner and amount on this account shall be refunded to me. Based on your confirmation only i agreed for transfer of policy in the name of new owner.

In 2008 I have paid well over $900 in car insurance in a total of 3 months to AIG. Every mother I would get a bill for 300 Dollars for only 3 cars. i have opted for ULIP insurance policy in Birla sunlife insurance company.. the intila amount i paid is Rs. 14976 second and third year i could pay the premium . but now are saying that after the policy date the will go for default surrender so that they intial amount will be deducted for the second and third year services. so that will recieve only 1000 rupees..
