I have purchase lenovo g500 laptop on 23th sep from welwin computers-jaipur. Within a 2 months i got failure in display and it took 1 month to resolve the issue lenovo replaced my display. within a month i got issues with its mother board and dvd writer. i request lenovo service center for replacement of my laptop but they just replaced my motherboard. within a 4 months my laptop was completely dismantled . now since last month i am having same problem of lenovo logo hangs while starts up .i called 2-3 time on 1800-3000-5366 number. but i dint get satisfactory reply. i mailed about it on support@lencare.co.in,but they are just showing me the warranty policy.

i have got defective product i want replacement of my laptop.this time i dont want repairing. i have bought 30000 laptop its not small amount. i want replacement from the lenovo.
