I have been dischasing this matter with renaissance india for the gala no A2-004 and gala no A1-010 which I booked in 2012/2013. Against this booking I have paid them INR 736131.00 but due to some personal reason I was not able to pay the rest of amount and dur to which renaissance india has canceled my booking. Nw I have been following Mr Umesh Pawar (employee of RIR india) and Mr Mayur Suchak, MD RIR india but they are not entertaining the matter since long. They asked for written application to process the payment, I have provided them 10 days back. Now when I asked about the update they are not repling to mails also I have been to their offce but every time they say that they are discussing the matter. Last few of the mails I have started putting director core in CC so that when I launch a complaint against RIR india, core team must aware the issue.

I want my complete money to be refunded along with 1lakh as a fine because of delaying in their responces and the personal lossses that I face bcoz of the blocked amount.
