I have taken prepaid connection from Hathway Broadband and did not use it for some months. But hathway started sending me bills even though I have taken a prepaid connection. I want to close the connection and I contacted the call centre. They told me that it was by mistake and they asked me to pay the clearance amount to close the connection.It has been 6 months I paid the clearance amount and I have been following up with them since then. But no response from them. They are also not maintaining any conversation history with the customer and just behaving irresponsibly. Every month I am still getting bills and they are expecting me to pay some day – it is close to Rs 9000 now.
I want atleast 10 times of the current bill outstanding that hathway is claiming. If these sort of behaviors are not addressed, the consumer will have to lose his piece of mind at office and home.
