I am availing internet services from Beam Telecom under B-Max 399 plan for six month package and made a payment in the month of July 21, 2013, which is valid till 20th Jan 2014, however beam started making calls and chasing for the renewal payment from 1st December 2013, however i have called customer care of Beam telecom and made them clear that the service/connectivity is valid for six months from the date of making payment i.e., till January 20, 2014. And against after four days the collection team started calling and said my due date is December 10th 2013 and disconnected the internet service, for which i have registered a complaint with customer care of Beam Telecom (Complaint No’s: 10719406, 10751083, 10757899, 10840856) and no action and 1st complaints No. is closed by sending a message its addressed, then i have escalated to level II of customer care and they have assured of addressing the same and provided connection on 31st Dec 2013 for two days and later disconnected totally and no action or resolution for any of the complaint raised and disable accepting any of my complaints. There is a huge harassment from the Beam Telecom every time the new person call and asks for explanation of the problem and none of them shows the resolution and its never ending and lot of harassment and creating nuisance. Beam Telecom is cheating the customers by disconnecting the services before the due date and forcing the customers for payment.

Reimbursement or providing service for the period that i have lost and reset the billing dates accordingly in the systems. A part from this latest cheque that Beam has collected on 15th March 2015 is the advance payment for next 6 months payment, hence services should be effective from 15th March till 15th September 2014. however Beam is saying payment is valid till 16th August 2014.
