Tata Indicom – 3G not working and irrelevant response

I have 3G Activate on mobile but most of the time its not working. When contacted the customer care got response like factory reset your mobile, change apn and delete data but as it was congestion problem so how it is related to factory reset. I missed my interview because internet was not working and suffered a huge loss. so want to file a case against them .

I want the relief of 10 lakhs as i suffered a job because of it and also my study of 4 months is wasted . i was preparing for the company and got the loss . so want 10 lakhs as claim.
