I had made online booking with M/s. DEJA – VU- TRENDS for Samsung galaxy trend mobile for Rs. 6267 under order no.100007484 on 5th February, 2014.Till 17th February, they did not dispatch my mobile and so I cancelled my order and told them to refund my money. They agreed on the same and promised to do so in 7 to 10 days.Till today , I have not received my money back.I have all written communication with them. Last week onwards , I am unable to contact them as they are not picking my phone. So, every time I have to contact by different phone to speak them.

Apart from the above amount of Rs. 6267 , I want additional relief for Rs. 10000.
