Yepme.com – product was not satisfactory

i had placed an order for brown shoes at yepme on 25th february2014. I called up the customer care of yepme to make sure that the product will be delivered in 6-7 bussiness days and they assured me to do so. But It was delivered to my address on march 10. Due to various reasons i could only collect the product on 25 march. The product was not satisfactory for me hence i placed an refund order on 30th march by mailing at customer.care@yepme.com as they had stated in their their website. it was replied to me that the refund/replacement period of 30days has expired. how come the 30 days period can expire if the product was delivered to me on march 10.? i had called the yepme customercare and they said i was eligible for getting the refund and asked me to again mail to yepme. i did so but the reply was not satisfactory. I am having the recording of the conversation between me and our custcare executive and i am having the mail of yepme stating that i am not eligible. I have repeatedly called the yepme customer care and they asked me to mail to their email id. I got the reply that the 30 days refund policy starts from the date of purchase. But it has been stated in their website clearly that the 30 days refund policy from the date of delivery. Again I called the cutsomer care and they said i am eligible for refund.

i had lost money and time due to calling and mailing to yepme. i had to call several times to their contact number and i was put onhold for long time causing loose of money.
