I had ordered Inalsa Premium Blend 400 Hand Blender, but they have delivered me a wrong/different product on 07.03.2014. I requested them on the same day and also so many times (telephonic ally as as on email) to replace the item and every time they said that the problem will be resolved in 24-48 hours. Last time they even offered me to keep the product and they will give me Rs. 200. I replied that I am not interested in this offer. Kindly replace the product or return my money. They said last week they will resovlve my problem in 24 hours. Still the problem persists.

Atleast they should return my money
