March last week I bought a bag from the Bata shop in Radison Blue Hotel at Dwarka sec.13. size.41×7.5×21.5cm3. Product No.0168.Article No.929-6045. color-Black. On 3rd April I used it for my travel. luggage was around 2kg. I lifted the bag to keep on the scanning machine the buckle of the long strap was broken and the bag fell down on the floor. throughout my travel I had to carry it on my hand I could not use the shoulder belt. How can I get it repaired? Your customer service executives have not been helpful so far. Awaiting for your reply.
