It is observed that the bsnl 3G network is not running near Arambagh Telephone Exchange Parul from around a week. it is an unavoidable event . network showing the 3G but unable to access the internet. But Airtel is running very smoothly. why it happening for BSNL no 1 tel.company. So we are really bother of this type of service which annoying much. we expect BSNL will get back its life & will give best service in any type of services available now.

BAD behavior of BSNL Customer Care
Had called BSNL customer care. I wanted to esquire about the money deduction. He didn’t listen to me. He was rude and he blocked my number from calling the costumer care again. please resolve the matter as soon as possible.
