Hi Team, This is to inform you that I have Bharti AXA policy, taken from its corporate executive last year with annual premium of Rs. 30000, there was a some commitment given by its representative such as that we will get this policy with 50% discount in the first year, we need to pay 30000 thousand and after 15 days I will get the discounted amount by Cheque, which has never happened. According to him we will get 10 discount for remaining years, the payment term of the policy told by him was 7 year so, we just need to pay the money for next 7 years also, he told me I will get guaranteed committed Rs. 4000 income every months but as per the papers it is only Approx. Rs. 1800 and rest as not guaranteed. As I have checked various cuttings has been done on the form related to my address and the signature which was there as a counter sign after cutting doesn’t belongs to me, which shows the clear intention of the fraud as he never want to deliver the papers on time to me, I would like to mentioned as the address is printed wrong in the papers still it got delivered because its my office address as I am working for a big co-operate that is Vodafone. Now the moment I got the papers I realized the things are not matching the commitments given by the agent so I started doing follow-up with him and he told me that sir give me 3-4 days I will make it correct for you, however there was no further response from his side then I myself called on the given contact number for the further support printed on your policy, and did not find any one who deals with bharti AXA. I have raised my voice and launched many complaints against this in your call center as well ,I told them everything in details ,which you can check easily with them ,I am so tied and feeling cheated because that was my hard earn money .

Its call center agents want to wait for 1 year till this renewal come then they will resolve this for me but there is no positive response from its side. there is two major points which shows that compay it self involve in these kind if fraud 1-Address Miss-match and it should be matched with the given documents for the same. 2.-Wrong agent information given by the company in policy papers.
