Greetings, For some reason, I had to placed an order of Micromax Mobile A117 through DeJaVu trends.com. I was very much excited to place the order as they offers lowest price than any other E-commerce websites. When I called customer service people, they informed me that the product will be shipped within 5-6 business days. Days are going on today it is 19th April i.e., almost 50th day from the day I had placed order and I haven’t received my product yet and no hopes whether I will be able to get this mobile or my refund on cancelling order. In beginning, I’ve called customer service people and had it transferred to one of the supervisors which I don’t want to disclose name. She manipulated me showing their companies terms and conditions which speaks about the product takes 15 Maximum business days to deliver. So, I’ve waited all the way till it is 20th business day and still the status remained the same “Processing”. I called them again, this time they apologized and informed me that as it getting delayed, we will accommodate a compensation of a memory card along with my product. Offer looked convincing for me but never knew that it was a trap again to delay the service. After a week, status remained same “processing”. Called cx service again, was told the product will be shipped in next week. Next week, same status.
Called in Cx service again, same assurance that the product will be shipped in next week. So, the same scenario lasted for more than a month saying the product will be shipped in upcoming week. I am afraid of losing my money, never know how long it takes again to either get my product delivered or refund for cancelling it. I will attach few attachments that I’ve recorded when I spoke to customer service people who were and are very rude giving explanations not an excuse for delay in delivering product in next blog.
