My IRCTC account has been deactivated during a tatkal session without any notification.Since there are not any rules mentioned regarding conditions on which an account gets deactivated during a session, anywhere on the IRCTC website; I feel cheated by the aforesaid brand and its services. Also the response from their customer care team shows a direct negligence towards this issue.
I want my account reactivated as it seems an autocratic action and want my transactions refunded as soon as possible.
