Consumer no- 8961031389 Name – chandan kumar Contact number- 900785xxx I made a payment of Rs. 300 on 14th March 2014, from my SBI account which was deducted by Mobikwik order no- 1394812537839. Whenever I try to call them for complaining everytime its busy and the IVRS system says to generate the complain online. I did this many times but my problem was not resolved. And now there is no trace of that 300. I have also attached the payment proof. Please try to help me.

No physical or economic damage. I was just mentally harassed with the negligible support services of the company. I was a regular user of this website and my monthly payment was Rs 2000 on an average since June 2013. But the company was not even bothered to look into my issue.
