Zovi.com – refund not processed even after one month

I have ordered a product – 2 sets of lowers on 8th march. The product was delivered on 14th march. The size was not proper so i requested an exchange on same day. No one turned up for replacement for a week. I had to call their customer care and get an complaint raised to get some one to reverse pick up the product as per the company’s policy. The courier service person send message one day but didnt turned up, same on next day. On third day, when he came i wasnot there. The courier person misbehaved over call. I again had to complaint on this and get some one to pick the product. Finally after numerous complaints reverse pickup was done on 2nd April. 19 days after my request. Now i am not sure whats happening, its been nearly 2 weeks and despite my attempts there is not update on my refund.

I want my refund. Also i want some penalty to be imposed on ZOVI.com for treating their customers in this way, for violating their return policy and for harassing their customers.
