Sony xperia – replaced as there is no repair possibility my phone

i own an xperia z job sheet attached bought on 12 july 2013 my ticket id is 14021200553. since than the phone is more with the service center than in my pocket. This time my phone screen is cracked accidentally. now the touch is not working and i asked the service center to repair it. service center asked me for a dd of 33% of the amount and the handset has to be replaced as there is no repair possibility. i agreed and paid the dd and the phone on 13th feb 2014. 1. Why cant a phone that is made my sony cant be repaired as no product comes with unbreakable quality, and if this was so why no body pitched this at the time of selling and no where its written that this phone is not repairable. 2. As a customer i need my phone to be repaired not replaced and if sony cannot do a repair that it should better replace it at their own cost. WHY SHOULD I BE PAYING 100% AT BUYING A NEW SET AND NOW 30% AGAIN TO REPAIR JUST A SCREEN DAMAGE. since than its almost 2 months now and i have not got my phone back i am continuously following up with call center they have no clue about the phone and when i asked for the manager to talk no one was available and asked to arrange a call back that never happened(voice recording available). i repeatedly mailed them but no one cares to reply back except a tag line ‘We will endeavor to respond to your query within next 48 hours’ that never happened. I am suffering in my day to day works, and all knows how difficult is today to manage without a mobile for even a single day for me its 2 months now

I want my phone or my money back immediately so i may buy a new phone for myself.
