Respecte authority , I Madhukar Tukaram Suryawanshi am having an idea connection viz number 09850924xxx .i had accidental bought a game unlock code on my device 9822560xxx at date 14/04/2014 time 11:35:36 AM .i called the service number 198 of idea on date 14/04/2014 at time 05:10 PM (Whit-in 24 Hrs)to cancel the transaction for the same and to refund the amount for the transaction which is 55 rupees .i have not utilized the unlock code of the game ..kindly process my request as soon as possible

Mental agony ..when i called the customer care number they guy on the other side spoke very rudly decreeing me my refund …
