I filed the request to close my account a year ago but to my surprise its still operational, i got to know because one of my client deposited some amount in the account by mistake. I have requested them to close the account thrice already but no action has been taken.

I have incurred charges of Rs 12000 as account maintenance charges. i did not use my account because i thought it is not operational.

I want my money back. Thts it.
