I have ordered an product from SnapDeal.com i was not satisfied with product so i returned it and asked for refund

I want refund they told me that we will refund you within 5-7 working days I returned their product on 28th Feb. but its 29th Apr. I talked to their customer care representatives they were so rude to me and rejected my calls .
