Sunglasses given for prescription lense. The lense I had opted for was Seiko. The lens put was wrong and no authentication certificate given

I am a pilot by profession and is very hard to work with the wrong numbered lenses upon asking for details I was told to take a hike and certificate will be given. No money will be returned .

Money returned and pay for anguish and greif and stress caused by the company.
