Dear Sir/Madam, I am Janu Singh, I was booked a ticket through a agent at the time of booking am told him to booked for 28th April 2014 but he booked for 28th March 2014. By mistake am also not seen the proper date at the ticket when am go to the station on 28th April then am seen that the date was wrong. I had face many problem,harassment at the time of journey. due to the mistake of agent . Am return by using General compartment with my family . When am talk with agent he told me that there is no mistake of mine you can do anything against me and behave very roughly.
